The limousine service at The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo is priced based on the type of vehicle and the destination/duration of use as outlined above.
車種は、ロールスロイスゴースト、BMWi7シリーズ、ベンツSクラス（マイバッハ）など最高級車をはじめ、グランエース、アルファードなどのバンタイプなど多数用意されています。
The types of vehicles available include top-of-the-line models such as the Rolls-Royce Ghost, BMW i7 Series, and Mercedes-Benz S-Class, as well as a variety of van types like the GranAce and Alphard.

料金について｜About the Fees
成田空港、羽田空港、東京駅の料金は、固定料金となり高速道路の料金も含まれます。
リムジンサービスの「東京都内」は、60分以内のリッツカールトン東京から目的地までの料金となります。
都外に行く場合は別途、都外料金が発生するとのこと。
※都外料金については、ゲストサービスにお問い合わせください
また、60分を超える場合は、30分単位で追加料金が発生します。
例）1時間15分利用の場合は、1時間30分の料金となる
The fees for the limousine service from Narita Airport, Haneda Airport, and Tokyo Station are fixed rates, which include the expressway tolls.
The "Tokyo Citi Use" limousine service refers to a fixed rate for trips from The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo to any destination within 60 minutes. If traveling outside of Tokyo, an additional out-of-Tokyo fee will apply.
Please note that for information regarding the out-of-Tokyo fees, you should contact the Guest Services.
Additionally, if the duration exceeds 60 minutes, an extra charge will be incurred in 30-minute increments.

Sustinable Limousineは、あまり利用されていないようですが、ベンツのEV車が使われるそうです。
The Sustainable Limousine service does not seem to be very commonly used, but it reportedly utilizes Mercedes-Benz electric vehicles (EVs).
リムジンサービスとタクシの違いについて｜Differences Between Limousine Service and Taxi Service
リムジンサービスとタクシーの大きな違いは、リムジンサービスは（1日前～半日前くらい）から車種とドライバーが確定しますが、タクシーサービスについては、直前、もしくはホテル到着まで車種やドライバーはわからないことです。
ただし、運が良ければ、タクシーサービスでBMWiが来る場合もあります。
また、リムジンサービスのドライバーは、タクシードライバーよりプロフェッショナルなドライバーが対応します。
The major difference between the limousine service and taxi service is that with the limousine service, the type of vehicle and the driver are confirmed from a day to half a day in advance, whereas with the taxi service, the type of vehicle and driver are not known until just before, or until arrival at the hotel.
However, with some luck, a BMW i-series vehicle might arrive for the taxi service as well.
Additionally, the drivers for the limousine service are more professional compared to taxi drivers.
バンの車種について｜About the Van Model
バンは、主にアルファード、グランエース、ハイエースが使われますが、タクシーで利用するとどの車種が来るかはわかりません。
一方で、リムジンサービスを利用する場合は、事前に車種がわかる（ある程度指定できる）ので、荷物が多い場合は、サイズの大きいグランエースを指定することができます
Vans commonly used include the Alphard, GranAce, and HiAce. However, when using a taxi service, it's uncertain which model will arrive.
On the other hand, with the limousine service, the vehicle model is known in advance (and can be somewhat specified). Therefore, if you have a lot of luggage, you can choose a larger model like the GranAce.

体験談｜My Experience
実際にリッツカールトン東京のリムジンサービスを利用しました。
リッツカールトン東京から自宅（東京都内）までの送迎をホテルリムジンでリクエストすると「BMWi７」を手配してくれました。
東京都内で60分以内なので、料金は14,000円です。
I actually used The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo's limousine service.
When I requested a hotel limousine for transportation from The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo to my home in Tokyo, they arranged a "BMW i7" for us.
Since it was within 60 minutes in Tokyo, the fare was 14,000 JPY.
リムジンサービスを利用する前日に予約したので、その時点で車種やショーファー（プロのドライバー）は確定していました。
I made a reservation for the limousine service the day before using it, so the type of car and the chauffeur were confirmed at that time.
座席の真ん中には、リッツカールトンのミネラルウォーターが準備されていました。
In the middle of the seat, "Ritz-Carlton" branded mineral water was provided.
座席横にはタッチパネルの操作盤があり、以下のような操作が可能です。
Next to the seat, there is a touch panel control board, which allows for the following operations:
- シートの位置調整（Seat position adjustment）
- ブラインド操作（Blind control）
- ライト（Light control）
- サンルーフの開閉（Opening and closing the sunroof）
- テレビモニター操作（V monitor control）
- マッサージ操作（Massage function control）
テレビモニターはご覧のようにワイド型で天井から降りてきます。
ただ、画面との距離が近いので、テレビを見ると車酔いする人が多いようなのでご注意ください。
The TV monitor, as you can see, is a wide model that descends from the ceiling.
However, please be aware that since the screen is quite close, many people tend to get carsick while watching TV.
ホテルから自宅まで高速道路を使ったので（高速料金も料金に含まれます）、あっという間に自宅前に到着。
贅沢ですが、とても楽チンで快適でした。
荷物が多い時、記念日のサプライズ、VIP気分を堪能したい時など利用してみてはいかがでしょうか？
海外旅行客は、空港から（へ）の送迎に利用すれば最高ですね。
We took the expressway from the hotel to my home (the expressway toll was included in the fare), and we arrived at my doorstep in no time. It was a luxurious experience, but very easy and comfortable.
It's a great option when you have a lot of luggage, for a surprise on a special occasion, or when you want to enjoy a VIP experience.
For international travelers, using this service for transfers to and from the airport would be fantastic.
